Yes. Smartly integrates directly with the Zambia Revenue Authority's Smart Invoice system (VSDC). You can submit invoices to ZRA in real time from within the platform. We support both the ZRA test sandbox and the live production environment, and we keep pace with any updates to ZRA compliance requirements.

You pay a monthly fee based on the number of active users on your account. The total amount is calculated as: Rate per User × Number of Active Users × Billing Period (in months). You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, or annually — with longer terms typically offering better value. All pricing is in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

Yes. Your data is yours. Smartly supports full data export in PDF and Excel format for all financial records, reports, invoices, and transaction histories. You can also use the backup and export tools in Settings at any time to download a full copy of your data.
